Yes, the FfosGlasto Tribute Festival on Ffos Las Racecourse is wheelchair accessible. 

The area is relatively flat, there are tarmac paths around the site and disabled toilets are available.

  In the event of a breach of this contract by the supplier, the supplier shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach which was not reasonably foreseeable by the supplier at the date of this contract.
• Admission: The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter or their representatives; admission of the holder might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival.
  All persons entering the festival will be bag searched as a condition of entry.
• Tickets: 
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• All tickets remain the property of the Promoter until payment is received in full.
• Resale of this ticket is prohibited without the express permission of the promoter.
• On arrival at the festival, under 18 ticket holders must be wrist banded at the same time as the adult that bought the tickets.
• Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued for lost tickets etc, keep your ticket safe.
• No tickets may be used for competitions or promotions without written permission from the promoter.
• To prevent fraud and protect the team, the team may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement) after your booking so that the team can verify your purchase. If fraud is suspected, your tickets may be cancelled.
• Under 18s tickets are only available to be purchased by an adult when purchasing their own adult ticket. There is a limit of 4 x under 18 tickets that can be purchased with every one adult ticket.
• All ticket holders (except Under 5s) must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival this must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.

• Prohibited items include: any food items; Illegal drugs, 'legal highs', 'research chemicals', 'novel psychoactive substances', 'NPS' 'designer drugs' or 'herbal highs'; Fireworks and garden flares;
• Barbecues and open fires; Chinese Lanterns; Naked flames; Items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner;  Spray paints; Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs;  Private sound systems or generators;  Gas bottles (eg camping gas stoves); Professional audio, audio-visual, film, or video recording equipment, Any type of alcohol, Drones.
• Please assist us by having your bags open and ready to be searched, anyone with camping chairs have them out of the bags before you approach the entrance.
• Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the site. Possession of either will lead to your ejection from the festival.
• Responsible adults need to be legal parent / guardians or over the age of 25 and will be wristbanded on site together. Proof of age may be required.
• Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated in any area of the festival site.
• No sleeping in vehicles or tents is allowed in car parks due to fire regulations.
• There is no camping on-site.

Unfortunately, food and drink bought in from outside the venue is not permitted onsite.

• You can only bring in your own food if you require a specialised diet. 
• You can bring in unopened soft drink plastic bottles & containers. 
• There is a varied selection of food and drink stands available onsite. 
• There will be a ‘Challenge 25’ policy at the festival box office. If you are fortunate enough to look under 25 then you will be required to show ID to collect your adult wristband.
• JR Events Promotions LTD is not liable for any food or drink purchased at the festival, including, but not limited to any issues that rise from incorrect change, mis-advertising, allergen labelling and other.
• Bars will operate on a token system. All tokens are non refundable.

• By purchasing tickets you are agreeing to not hold the promoter liable for any accidents due to walking on any wet / muddy areas or surfaces, caused by inclement weather.
• No animals will be admitted to the site other than registered assistance dogs.
• It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces, please observe the signage around the festival site.
• The organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival site.
• Amplified sound and strobe lighting will be used at this event.
• Please be aware that there will be loud music at this event, and the promoter is not liable for any ear damage caused.
• Fireworks, pyro and other special affects maybe used.
• Medical treatment is provided by St John Ambulance Cymru who are a separate legal entity. Any claims resulting from medical treatment on-site should be directed to St John Ambulance Cymru. The Organisers accepts no liability for any injury, claim or damages resulting from any medical treatment at the event.
• Admission is at Ticket Holder's own risk and all persons who enter are responsible for their own safety.
• The organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries, damages or theft to the ticket holder, their property or motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons, third parties or force majeure.

• The festival takes place outside, and will take place regardless of inclement weather, unless deemed unsafe to do so i.e electrical storm.
• As an outside event on grass areas may be wet & boggy. This is unavoidable, so please ensure appropriate footwear.
• No refunds will be given under any circumstances including inclement weather.
• In the event of cancellation of the festival, the promoter is liable only to refund the face value of the ticket only.
• If the festival opens, its deemed to have taken place, and no refunds will be available.

• Please note: FfosGlasto Tribute Festival reserve the right to alter the programme.
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs the ticket is for an event and not a specific artiste/band. JR Events Promotions LTD reserves the right to change the bill or running times without prior notice.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of entry into in accordance with any new laws, legislation or internal company policies.
