Test your speed and skills

Choose between the track or the trail for your day of adventure. 

The trail consists of 10km of woodland and open countryside for you to zoom along but why not begin with a short track session to help you get used to the bike?

Once you’ve mastered your skills- it's trail time! Navigate your way through the mud and trees and see how fast you can go. You can ride for 35 minutes during a standard session or for 45 minutes on a full ride.

Children aged six and above (and complete newbies!) can use the flat track to get to grips with the bike.

There are multiple routes around it, so you can gain confidence and build up your skills. Experienced instructors are always marshalling the track too to help put you at ease.

Need an energy boost? Check out the café to top up your energy levels (or sit and wait while the family ride). You can grab drinks and snacks here and sit in the conservatory to enjoy them.

Located in the beautiful, picturesque village of Penally, take a trip to the beach afterwards or check out one of the village pubs for a scrumptious meal.
