North Wales is popular for breathtaking views and exhilarating sports, and Gorge Walking is no exception. Offering an excellent range of Gorge's to explore, if you're seeking another super exciting adventure then this is the perfect activity for you!
After being kitted out in wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets, you'll follow the water down, sliding over beautiful slabs of rock into clear Welsh water. End your adventure by victoriously leaping off rock steps into the crisp, pure, mountain water whilst being surrounded by Wales' most beautiful waterfalls.
About your adventure:
- Duration: Two hours
- Availability: Three days a week - Monday, Friday and Saturday
- Location: Nr Corwen, North Wales
- Session times: 9:30am or 1:30pm
Please note: This is an off-site activity that will require you to meet an instructor at a location that will be provided to you upon booking.
This adventure is for you if you're:
- Minimum age: Eight years old
- Maximum weight: 120kg
What to bring:
- Lace up trainers (NO beach shoes, open toes, sandals or crocs)
- Swimwear
- Shorts (To wear over your wetsuit)
- Towel

By car:
As you enter Llangollen from the A539, turn left over the bridge onto Castle Street.
Take the first left onto Bridge Street.
Continue for a short distance and you'll find the property on the right-hand side.
By train:
Although direct train services to Llangollen are no longer available, you can use a mix of train and bus travel from various points of travel throughout the UK.
Nearby train stations include:
- Chirk Station, located five miles away.
- Berwyn Station, found along the A5 to the right when coming from Llangollen Town.
- Glyndyfrdwy Station, located off the A5 road west of Llangollen.
- Corwen Station, easily accessible from various directions.

No, Whitewater Active state that you do not need to have the ability to swim, but you must be confident in water.
