Phantom Peak is both an indoor and outdoor experience. The open-world adventure takes place within a specially designed, multi-room environment that transports you to a mysterious and otherworldly world. The experience is designed to fully immerse you in the story, and the setting allows for complete control of the environment to enhance the overall experience.

When you arrive, you may need to queue for a little while as we conduct a Health & Safety briefing and check your tickets. Once in town, you will be able to explore inside until our Opening Ceremony begins. This usually happens around 20 minutes after first entry. Some areas of town will be closed until after the Opening Ceremony. At this point, you can grab a drink or order food.

The opening ceremony will introduce you to the world of Phantom Peak, and explain how to get the most out of your experience through our Jonassist web app and trails. Make sure you can see the screens in the Old Town Square. If you miss anything, head to the Tourist Information Centre.

After the opening ceremony, you will be free to explore the entire town, inside and out, for up to four hours.

Throughout these four hours, there may be special events happening such as Platyhooks or Jonacise. Find out the schedule for the day at the Tourist Information Centre.

Announcements around town will keep you updated with events, and unless specified, are free to take part in.

About 30 minutes before the end of your timeslot, you will be called back to the Old Town Square for the closing ceremony. This is a staged finale for your time in town, wrapping up the stories you will have discovered throughout your visit and giving a proper ending to the timeslot.
