Safety is the single most important part of Coasteering. The team take time when they meet you to brief you about the nature of Coasteering and what you can expect during the activities. You don’t need to worry about a thing. Some basic fitness does help, but they will always tailor your Coasteer experience to the needs of your group and every individual within it. Our experienced guides are all qualified RLSS or NARS lifeguards, trained in water rescue and first aid.
After this the team will kit you out with a full 5mm wetsuit, helmet and flotation jacket. You will need to bring an old pair of trainers or wetsuit boots with you which you will need to wear in the water to protect your feet.
