You’ll zoom around the breathtaking Rhigos mountains and soar over the legendary Tower Colliery, enjoying a leisurely ride or holding on for dear life depending on how fast you want to go!

With tunnels, banked corners, dips and peaks, the coaster is an exhilarating way to see Tower Colliery up close. If you have a moment to reflect as you're whizzing around the coaster tracks, just think, this place was once the oldest continuously working deep-coal mine in the UK - simply dripping in wonderful Welsh history!

What does the Tower Coaster experience include?

Three goes on the coaster are included with your ticket and, as you control your speed, you can try to go faster on each run! Being a side-by-side kart, you can take part alongside friends or family, with shared tickets also available for kids between 4 and 8 to ride with an adult.

• You can get up to 25mph

• Age - Min 4 yrs
• Height - Min 1m - Max 2m
• Weight - Max 170kg per sledge - Max weight individual - Max 130kg

Supervision for under 18s:

• Children aged 4–8 yrs must be accompanied on the same sledge by 1 participating adult (or child aged 9+ and over 1m) for every child
• Children aged 9-17 must be accompanied by a spectating adult in a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children
• Supervising adult must remain on the coaster station area throughout the duration of the adventure
