How to use your London Pass tickets:
Simply scan your London Pass at the entrance or ticket office of the venue you wish to visit to redeem your credits and you're in!
The London Pass® is a digital credits package, loaded with a "credits value" which is attributed based on a combination of maximum gate prices (total value of how much you would pay at each attraction) with the number of days you select. For example, a 3-day adult London Pass allows you to enjoy £430 worth of attraction entries!
After purchase, you have 24 months to activate your digital credits package. Please check the operating hours of the attractions before your visit.
Your pass will activate when you scan it at your first attraction. Please note, if you start using your London Pass in the evening or late in the day, that will count as your first day, so the earlier you start the better!
For many attractions on the London pass, there's no need to pre-book. However, some may have limited slots or capacity, so you'll need to book in advance. You'll find all the reservation details on the individual attraction pages within the London Pass app under 'Know before you go'.
