- Please note you will not be permitted to enter the ground until 30 minutes prior to the commencement of your Tour.

For public tours, the Kia Oval Stadium Tours aim to have no more than 25 guests per tour group.
You can take your camera to the Kia Oval Stadium Tour, but please note:
- Photography is permitted in all parts of the ground, however flash photography is not permitted in the Museum.
- You can take film inside the ground however filming the Tour or the Tour Guide is not permitted.
After booking your stadium tour, please go to the appropriate entrance:
- Entrance to the ground is through the John Edrich Gate for Public tours (or Jack Hobbs Gate or Alec Stewart Gate for match day tours), The John Edrich and Jack Hobbs Gates are at the Pavilion end of the ground (closest tube is Oval).
- The Alec Stewart Gate is at the Vauxhall end of the ground (closest tube and overground is Vauxhall).
