Explore the very best of Scotland as you enjoy some of the most incredible day trips from Edinburgh
Embark on an epic journey through Scotland, exploring authentic whisky distilleries, mysterious lochs, and breathtaking natural landscapes!
Your journey begins at Deanston Distillery on the River Teith, housed in a former cotton mill. Enjoy a guided tour and learn about traditional whisky-making, followed by a tasting of Deanston's finest malts.
Next, head to Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands, known for its dramatic peaks, deep valleys, and the historic Glencoe Massacre of 1692. Soak in the breathtaking scenery as you drive through this picturesque region.
Continue to Fort Augustus at the southern tip of Loch Ness. Stroll along the peaceful shores and enjoy the serene atmosphere of this iconic loch, famous for its mysterious legends.
On your way back, stop at the Commando Memorial near Spean Bridge, commemorating the British Commando Forces of WWII. The surrounding views are spectacular, perfect for photos.
Finally, visit the Victorian town of Pitlochry, with its quaint streets, charming shops, and stunning landscapes. It's the ideal place to stretch your legs, grab a coffee, or soak in the atmosphere before returning to Edinburgh.

Please meet for your tour before 08:00am. Check-in opens at 07:50am and closes at 08:00am. The bus departs at 08:05am.
Seats are unreserved, so we recommend that you arrive early if you have a preference of where you would like to sit.
The tour is unable to wait for guests who are late and no refunds will be issued in this instance.
Food is readily available at the majority of stops on tour, but you are absolutely more than welcome to bring snacks and a cold packed lunch on board. There are often alternatives suitable to most diets, but options may be limited.
You are more than welcome to bring along a carry-on bag on the tour which can be packed with essentials for the day, but we would advise keeping this bag as light and small as possible to maximise your comfort onboard. If you’d like to bring along larger luggage, please get in touch to confirm availability.
It doesn’t matter when you are travelling, the weather in Scotland can be incredibly unpredictable and sometimes you can even experience several seasons in one day!
As a result of this, we would always encourage our passengers to wear waterproof shoes and clothing, ensuring they have several removable layers. You are more than welcome to leave jackets/jumpers on the coach during stops if you find that the weather is nice when you are due to get off.
We ask that tickets to the optional extras available are paid in cash. We must also remind you that while picturesque and quaint, many of the suppliers in smaller towns do still prefer cash payments. ATM’s are located at multiple stops along the route, and currency exchange services are available in Inverness.
You will be travelling on a luxurious, modern, air-conditioned coach throughout your journey. The coach has capacity for 37 passengers.
The coach has space for a foldable wheelchair, but the coach itself is not wheelchair accessible.
The tour is suitable for those over the ages of 8+
We always aim to stop for a visit of our local, beloved Hairy Coos on our tours! However we cannot guarantee Highland cows, as we are not in control of their movements or placements. Please note that in the winter months (Mid November – March) some farmers decide to move the cows indoors or to other field for the winter so they are unavailable during this period.
