Ahoy! Street Food Circus is sailing into Saundersfoot Harbour this September with a treasure chest of street food recipes from around the world. 

Explore the globe with delicious dishes from top quality street food vendors. But it's not just about the food, expect some gravity-defying pirate circus acts, singalong to sea shanties and enjoy wild walkabout entertainment while grown-ups can swing some rum!

Saundersfoot is a hotspot tourist destination and is generally busy this time of year. Expect traffic on the roads and give yourself enough time to arrive in time for your session. 

The festival takes place for just one weekend only, from Friday the 6th to Sunday the 8th of September. 

By Road

  • From Kilgetty follow the A478 towards Tenby and then follow the signs to Saundersfoot.

By Bus

  • There are regular buses to Saundersfoot from Tenby, Haverfordwest, Pembroke Dock and Pendine. For time tables please refer to the PCC website. 

By Train

  • There trains about every 2 hours but the station is a 20 minute walk from the village – for details see Arriva Trains website.

 

There is no official car park for this event. Here are your options for parking in Saundersfoot:

  • THE REGENCY HALL is in the centre of Sandersfoot.  Drive round the one way system, go past the amusement arcade and turn left into the car park, where you will see the Hall on your right. 
  • Address: The Regency Hall, King George V Playing Fields, Milford Street, Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, SA69 9NG 

The Regency car park is pay and display, it has coach spaces, free parking for half an hour and disabled parking bays.  £6 per day and there is no charge between 5pm and 9am. It is a short 5 minute walk to the event site on Harbour side.

  • THE HARBOUR CAR PARK situated directly on the beach frontage, the Harbour car park is ideally located to access the event site.
  • Open: 24hrs a day
  • Suitable for: Cars, vans & motorbikes and has Accessible parking bays.
  • Accept payment via: Cash, Debit/Credit Card and Contactless.
  • N.B. Camping overnight in vehicles is prohibited in all areas of the harbour
  • Car Parking Fees & Charges: 1hr £1.50, 2hr £3.00, 3hr £4.50, 4hr £5.50
  • FRIDAY: 18:00 - 22:00
  • SATURDAY: 11:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 19:00 / 18:00 - 22:00
  • SUNDAY: 11:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 19:00

The event is run in sessions. Each session is four hours long and run back to back. Your ticket is valid for your session time only. Your session time will correlate to the time on the ticket. If you want to stay longer you can purchase multiple sessions or even let the team know on the day that you need more time and they can try to fit you into the next session. 

Dogs are welcome on all sessions but, at a limited capacity. It is essential to book a free dog pass online and adhere to the following requirements.

  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
  • Not everyone likes dogs so only well behaved dogs welcome 
  • Bring your poop bags and make sure it’s binned
  • If your dog(s) behaviour is unruly or dangerous to other dogs or customers you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the events team.
  • The team reserve the right to turn dogs away at any time if they believe they are at risk of causing stress, anxiety or danger to themselves, other dogs or people on the day. 

Being an outdoor venue, it's advised to dress appropriately. As the team behind-the-scenes say, “There's no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothing.”

It is strongly advised that you buy your ticket in advance as most sessions run at full capacity. However, the team do take walk-ins and always do their best to squeeze you if they can. They cannot guarantee entry if you haven't pre bought a ticket.

Refunds and exchanges on tickets are not available. 

If you turn up early they may be able to but can't guarantee entry - this depends on the capacity at the time you turn up. If you are running late don’t worry - as long as you arrive within your session time you will be allowed onsite. There is a no re-entry policy. 

The festival is a cashless event, and the team advise that you bring a card as well as a phone, just in case your battery runs out. The traders are contracted to not take cash, so the team ask that you respect the event T&C's and be ready with your card.

  • No food and drink from the outside is to be bought into the event.
  • Food and drink is ordered directly from the trader. 

The event is a family-friendly festival and children are welcome to all sessions. 

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You will need to buy a ticket for anyone over the age of 16.
