For aficionados of the legendary game, the Scottish Football Museum, housed within Hampden Park, offers an amazing day out. Thousands of artefacts detailing Scotland's football history are on show, together with film clips showcasing some of the most iconic matches and outstanding players.

How To Find Us

By Car:

The stadium is located 5 minutes' drive from Junction 1A of the M74.  Exit onto Polmadie Rd/A728 and follow as it merges onto Aikenhead Road. The stadium car park is on your right and is signposted.

If you are looking to charge your electric vehicle, there are a limited number of charging points available in the car park on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are 4 designated accessible parking bays in the level access car park less than 20 metres from the main entrance. 

By Bus:

First Glasgow operate the following bus services to and from the city centre on a regular basis:

5 , 6, 7, 7A, 31, 34, 90. The nearest two stops are those served by the 31 and 90 services

By Train: 

The stadium is a 10 minute walk from Mount Florida station and a 15 minute walk from King’s Park station. Trains run to and from Glasgow Central from both Mount Florida and King's Park stations.

Mount Florida is a little nearer the stadium entrance at approximately 0.5 miles of a distance between the two. The station has step-free access to and between all platforms, via level access, lifts or ramps (in accordance with new-build standards re gradient/length).

The museum and stadium tour are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Entry to the museum is by ramp, or by level access.

Yes! There is free parking outside the South Stand and this is accessible from the west at Carmunnock Road and from the east at Aikenhead Road. There are a number of disabled parking spaces and EV charging points within the car park.
