What to expect on your trip:
- Departing Edinburgh, you'll head towards the first stop of the day;
- Departing from Edinburgh you travel west to the town of Balloch, on the bank of Loch Lomond; The largest expanse of fresh water in the United Kingdom.
- You have the option of enjoying a cruise on the loch, soaking up spectacular scenery and commentary.
- You'll travel through the Loch Lomond National Park and through the Trossachs- Highland in minature, once the home of the famous outlaw, Rob Roy Macgregor.
- We stop for lunch in the town of Callander where you can enjoy fine food and shopping.
- After lunch we continue to the spectacular, Stirling Castle for your final visit of the day. Enjoy a tour of the castle which was once home to the Monarchs of Scotland. Hear stories about William Wallace and King Robert the Bruce who fought for Scotlands freedom from England.
