  • Duration: 90-minutes
  • Age Restrictions: 4+. Adults are also welcome to join.
  • What to Wear: Please wear enclosed shoes and ensure they are securely fastened.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the attraction, Rock Up's activities are not wheelchair accessible.

However, wheelchair users are more than welcome to come and observe climbers from the sidelines.

Please dress sensibly for your activities at Rock Up. This means:

  • No jewellery or watches
  • No watches, phones, coins and key chains in pockets when on the wall. 
  • No high heels or open-toe shoes of any kind.

Please note the following Age Restrictions:

  • Soft Play: Suitable for those under 5 years old. Some sites have Soft Play Centres for up to 7 years old.
  • Baby Area: Suitable for under 1's.
  • Vertical Challenges: You must be at least 1.2m tall.
  • High Ropes: You must be at least 1.2m tall.
  • Standard Climb: Children aged 14 and under require an accompanying adult. Children under 4 will need to book Toddler Climbs.
  • Toddler Climbs: Suitable for up to 5 years old.
  • Community Climb: Suitable for 7+.
  • School Climb: Suitable for 4+.
  • Rockstar NICAS Academy Wild Climbers: Suitable for 3+.
  • Rockstar NICAS Academy Climbers: Suitable for 6+.
  • Autism & SEN-Friendly Sessions: Suitable for 4+. Adults and children are welcome to attend.
  • Climb for £9: Suitable for 5+.
  • Grub Club: Suitable for 14 and under.
  • Ultimate Climb: You must be at least 1.2m tall.
