By car:
Normanby Hall Country Park is situated north of Scunthorpe just off the A1077.
It is easily accessible from the M180 and from Hull. It is signposted from the M180 and the Humber Bridge.
Parking charges are £5 per day. Please note that the country park does not accept cash payments.

The nearest train station is Scunthorpe which is four miles away.
Normanby Hall Country Park is accessible Monday to Saturday by public transport.

Footwear must be sturdy and suitable for the outdoors. No sandals, slip off shoes, open toes or heels.
Wear sensible clothes for adventure and please ensure your midriff is covered.
Gloves are a good idea. Either bring a pair or you can buy them at the cabin on the day.
Go Ape is an excellent wet weather activity! The course remains open in all weathers, except when it is icy, stormy, in high winds or during lightning.
Rain makes the course muddier than usual – which all adds to the fun! Don’t forget to dress for the weather. Sometimes, unfortunately, Go Ape might need to close the course for reasons beyond our control, if this happens you will be given a full refund.
Please ensure you arrive for your Go Ape activity 15 minutes before your session begins.
Go Ape take pride in sharing their activities with as many people as possible.
All courses are designed to be accessible, but they do offer a degree of physical and mental challenge. This may mean additional equipment or adjustments to supervision.
