Book Nelson's Distillery and School for your exclusive use and enjoy 14 micro stills, where you can craft and create your own gin, rum or vodka. 

• All participants are able to immerse themselves into the art of spirit-making
• The distillery provides 14 stills for 14 individuals to distill their own creations, or for up to 28 guests to enjoy the process together (two per still)

Due to the tastings, the team at Nelson's Distillery recommend arranging transportation to and from the distillery. You are welcome to leave your cars parked overnight and retrieve them in the morning.
