Bute Park is within walking distance from Cardiff city centre and is easily accessible from a number of entrances.
By bus:
There are several bus stops situated along Castle Street to the south, and along North Road to the east.
By train:
The West Gate entrance at the southern end of Bute Park is roughly 10 minutes walk from Cardiff Central station and 15 minutes walk from Cardiff Queen Street.
By car:
There is no on-site parking at Bute Park, however there are a variety of car parking facilities nearby.
Pay and display car parking facilities are available nearby in Castle Mews (CF10 3ER) and North Road (CF10 3EA), College Road, King Edward VII Avenue & Museum Avenue.
By water:
The water bus stop is situated at the southern end of Bute Park near Cardiff Bridge. The service runs to Cardiff Bay from 10am.
