How to find us

By car: 

You can reach Preston Park from Preston Road, Preston Drove and Preston Park Avenue.

There are parking areas at the north and south of the park, accessible from Preston Drove or the junction between Preston Road and Preston Park Avenue.

By bus: 

The 5 and 5A buses run between Hangleton and Patcham and go straight past the park every few minutes during the day. 

By train: 

Preston Park station is a 5 minute walk from the festival site

By bike: 

There are cycle lanes leading to the park from the city centre.

Foodies Festival offers a fun day out for all the family. Foodies Festival, the UK’s largest celebration of food & drink where visitors can feast on a vast array of culinary activities, making Foodies Festival the social event of the summer.

There are top chefs cooking in the Chef’s Theatre; wine, beer, and cocktails in the Drink’s Theatre, a live entertainment stage and kids can learn to cook too in the Children’s Cookery Theatre.

Yes, there are vegan cookery demonstrations in the Chefs Theatre at most venues, with plenty of street vendors selling vegetarian and vegan food to be tasted on site. 

In the cases of allergies or baby food you may bring your own food. You may not under any circumstances bring your own alcohol. Any alcohol you bring will be confiscated and disposed of. 

Yes, dogs are allowed into Foodies Festivals if they are kept on a short lead. 

Foodies Festivals sites have Disabled Parking, Wheelchair Access, Disabled Toilets and Carers are admitted FREE on the day.

Yes, the festival has plenty of activities that children can enjoy including a Children’s Cookery Theatre.
