The experience will last about 30 minutes. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time. 

No food or drinks will be allowed on-site. 

There is no dress code for this event, casual attire will be fine. 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event; however, service dogs are permitted if accompanied by the required documentation.

Due to the unique layout of the building, the lift may not be suitable for most wheelchairs. The internal dimensions of the lift are 1.21m deep and 58.3cm wide, which means that most electric and some manual wheelchairs will not fit.

Feel free to take photos and share them; just make sure not to disturb other guests by keeping your flash off. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

There is an unmanned cloakroom. Belongings are therefore left at owners’ risk.

Unfortunately, this experience is not recommended for deaf and blind individuals. 

There will be chairs and bean bags available for each guest. Bean bags will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
