Barnsdale Gardens can be reached easily from Oakham (approx 4 miles away) or Stamford (approx 8 miles away) by bus or taxi.
By Bus:
The Rutland Flyer 2 (RF2) bus service leaves Oakham (adjacent to marketplace) for Barnsdale Gardens click here for times.
Barnsdale Gardens is a request stop on this bus service, so please tell the driver you require it to stop.
By Rail:
Rail to Oakham Train Station. There is a regular cross-country train service to Oakham, which runs from Stansted to Birmingham via Cambridge, Peterborough, Stamford, Leicester and the towns and villages in between

The venue do not allow visitors to consume their own food and drinks in the tea room, outside seating area, or any part of the gardens.
Yes! With most areas being on the flat, they are easily accessible by wheelchair users.
