Pay a visit to the Cocoa Works and learn how to create your very own chocolate bar!

You will discover York's cocoa origins before a demonstration on how to work with tempered chocolate. Experiment with different flavours as you work to perfect your masterpiece! Once the bars have set, you will be able to enjoy your beautifully wrapped creations at home.

During this workshop you will:

• Discover where cocoa comes from and its origins
• Learn how it is manufactured here on site
• Try a selection of York Cocoa Works' own white, milk and dark chocolate
• Work with your chosen chocolate to mould and design a chocolate bar
• Flavour & Decorate your chocolate bar
