There are loads of great ways to get to The O2 – take the tube, get a taxi, ride the bus, or even hop on the Uber Boat by Thames Clipper service.
But, if you need to drive here, you’ll need somewhere to park:
There are FOUR car parks (cars, mini-buses, and coaches are welcome):
• Car Park ONE: Event parking & drop-off/pick-up only
• Car Park TWO – FOUR: Non-event parking (cinema, shops, restaurants, Up at The O2 etc.)
All car parks have accessible parking bays for Blue Badge holders.

Up at the O2 experiences are accessible for more visitors.
In general, if you are able to walk unaided, then you are able to complete the climb.

Yes, there are a small handful of requirements to complete Up at the O2 climbing experiences.
- Age: Minimum 8 years old
- Height: Minimum 1.2m tall
- Weight: Maximum 21 stone/130kg/286lbs
- Waist Measurement: Maximum of 125cm
- Upper Thigh Measurement: Maximum of 75cm
Please note: Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. The following supervising ratio must be applied:
- Age: 8 - 17 years old
- Adults Required: 1:5 ratio
Please arrive 15-minutes early prior to your scheduled Climb time. You are unable to check in before then, but if you arrive too early then there are plenty of things to do at The O2 Arena.
Yes!
Due to the nature of the attraction, you are unable to eat or drink during your climb, however there are a plethora of bars, restaurants and more in the surrounding areas at The O2 Arena.
They do provide climb shoes for all climbers but if own shoes are acceptable then they will be allowed on the climb. They must however fulfil the following guidelines of:
- Velcro or laced fastening
- Deep tread – walking shoes/boots are ideal
- The soles/tread must be clean and free of mud and obstructions so as to not damage the walkway
- Fashion trainers with shallow treads are not suitable
The final decision as to suitability will be made by the team on the day. Climb shoes will be provided if your shoes are not appropriate or if you prefer to wear theirs. You must wear socks.
