There are four climbs to choose from:
- Up at the O2 tickets - Daytime Climb: Climb the roof during the day. When it's clear, you can see landmarks up to 15 miles away. Daytime climbs run until approximately 1hr before sunset.
- Up at the O2 tickets - Sunset Climb: Go on up as the sun goes down. Pure romance as you experience London against the backdrop of an auburn sky.
- Up at the O2 tickets - Twilight Climb: The Twilight Climbs are now bigger and brighter, with a new multi-coloured light experience as you climb.
- Up at the O2 tickets - Snow Globe Climb: Spend Christmas in London this December and visit London's highest Winter Wonderland atop the O2 Arena!
Climb the Millennium Dome:
The structure was initially built as the centerpiece of the Millennium Experience, a major exhibition to celebrate the beginning of the third millennium. It was constructed on the Greenwich Peninsula and officially opened to the public on January 1, 2000. The Dome was a vast structure resembling a large white marquee or tent, designed to symbolize the start of a new era. The Millennium Experience: The Millennium Dome housed a variety of exhibits and attractions focused on various themes, including the human body, communication, and the environment.

How to find us
There are loads of great ways to get to The O2 – take the tube, get a taxi, ride the bus, or even hop on the Uber Boat by Thames Clipper service.
But, if you need to drive here, you’ll need somewhere to park:
There are FOUR car parks (cars, mini-buses, and coaches are welcome):
• Car Park ONE: Event parking & drop-off/pick-up only
• Car Park TWO – FOUR: Non-event parking (cinema, shops, restaurants, Up at The O2 etc.)
All car parks have accessible parking bays for Blue Badge holders.

- Minimum age: 8 years old
- Minimum height: 1.2m
- Maximum weight: not weigh more than 21 stone/130kg/286lbs
- Maximum measurements: maximum waist measurement 125cm, maximum upper thigh measurement 74cm
- U18s - For climbers aged 8 to 17, the ratio is 1:5 adults to minors
- Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant customers
- You will be required to complete in advance an online Declaration and Waiver on your behalf and on behalf of any under 18s you are supervising
- Once tickets are confirmed, there is no refund or cancellation
Day of climb
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure time slot
- Climbs start promptly at the time you have booked: late arrivals will not be admitted, exchanged or refunded
- Wear appropriate clothing for the weather
- Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded
- Smartphone and/or Small compact cameras can be taken up in your pocket or pictures on the roof. All other items will be stored away and returned to you at the end of the climb. GoPros and larger cameras are not allowed
Weather
- Climbs will take place in all weather conditions other than gales, lightning, heavy snow or ice or extreme weather conditions which we reasonably believe will make it unsafe to climb. If we have to cancel a climb due to weather conditions we will rebook or refund your climb
- There is a risk that the weather will change during the course of the climb. You will not be able to leave the climb early in the event of a change in the weather unless we decide to cancel it on health and safety grounds
- In light of extreme hot weather, we’re encouraging all climbers to wear appropriate clothing (including a hat if required), apply sun cream, keep hydrated throughout the day and make sure to have eaten before your climb.In the event of adverse weather conditions climbs may involve climbing back down Up at The O2 the same way you climb up

How many people are in each group in Up at the O2?
Normally each group can have up to 18 people with a guide. Some climbs can be extended to 30 people and will have 2 guides with them at all times.
Can I carry my medication while on the Up at the O2 climb?
Essential medication like inhalers, insulin and nourishment are allowed. Your guide will carry these for you.
Are cameras, bags and personal items allowed in Up at the O2?
No. But you can bring your mobile with you. It has to be carried in the phone pocket on your climb jacket (if requested) and can only be used on the viewing platform. Anything else can be stored in our lockers. Remember that the storage box and flight cases are small, so please don’t bring large items.
What footwear is suitable for Up at the O2?
They do provide climb shoes for all climbers but if own shoes are acceptable then they will be allowed on the climb. They must however fulfil the following guidelines of:
1) Velcro or laced fastening
2) Deep tread – walking shoes/boots are ideal
3) The soles/tread must be clean and free of mud and obstructions so as to not damage the walkway
4) Fashion trainers with shallow treads are not suitable
The final decision as to suitability will be made by the team on the day. Climb shoes will be provided if your shoes are not appropriate or if you prefer to wear theirs. You must wear socks.
What should I wear for Up at the O2 climb?
Loose, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. They recommend jeans, trousers or shorts rather than skirts or dresses because you’ll be wearing a harness
