• All clippers are covered and have inside seating, whereas most of them will also have an open deck area
• Carers of a disabled person are able to board for free
• The majority of piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible, with the exceptions of Cadogan, London, Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
• You may bring luggage on board provided it does not obstruct access to safety equipment, gangways, stairs and passageways and is not placed on seats. You may not bring onboard any item that is more than 2 metres long, hazardous or inflammable.
