- Uber Boat by Thames Clippers will run in any weather with the exception of extreme fog
- Children up to the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- It is recommended that you arrive at your departure pier around 10 minutes before boarding
- Bicycles are permitted to be brought onboard, but e-scooters and e-unicycles are not permitted, even when folded
- Pets are allowed onboard, but they must be kept on a lead
- All clippers are covered and have inside seating, whereas most of them will also have an open deck area
- Carers of a disabled person are able to board for free
- The majority of piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible, with the exceptions of Cadogan, London, Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.
- You may bring luggage on board provided it does not obstruct access to safety equipment, gangways, stairs and passageways and is not placed on seats. You may not bring onboard any item that is more than 2 metres long, hazardous or inflammable.
- If you wish to amend your tickets, you must inform us at least 72 hours before your selected time.
