The museum is opposite the Assembly Rooms Bath, next to The Circus and near the Royal Crescent, just a 10-minute walk from The Roman Baths.
By car:

There isn't any parking on-site, however on-street parking may be available in nearby streets.
If you are planning to spend a day in Bath, Charlotte Street long-stay car park is the closest option nearby and less than a 10 minute walk to the Museum.
By train:
The Museum is a 15-20 minutes' walk from the train and bus stations through the historical city of Bath and uphill along Milsom Street.
By bus:
There are very limited buses serving the Museum from near the train and bus stations. However, if you want to see Bath from the popular Bath Hop-on Hop-off Tour Bus, this stops right outside the door.

Yes, there is lift access to all floors and a wheelchair ramp is available upon request for the small step to get into the museum.
However, due to the building's limitations, larger mobility scooters can not be accommodated. The lift's maximum dimensions are 73cm wide and 110cm deep.
Only assistance dogs are permitted at the Museum of East Asian Art.
