Why the Bear Grylls Adventure is perfect for an unforgettable day out!

Feel your heart quicken with excitement as you pull up to The Bear Grylls Adventure at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham.

With prices to suit all kind of budgets, you and your little ones can have an exciting day out that doesn't break the bank.

Whether you’ve brought a group of friends or family along for the ride, the high intensity of the day and tricky team-building exercises will leave you with brilliant memories of a day well spent.

What's there to do at Bear Grylls Adventure in Birmingham?

The Bear Grylls Adventure isn't just for the seasoned adventurer – those with an inner explorer just waiting to be unleashed are welcome to try out the challenging activities and push beyond their limits.

There are so many different ways to enjoy your day out!

Start your adventure at the rock climbing walls. Choose from 20 different routes inspired by almighty beasts, including Fontainebleau in France and El Capitan in Yosemite National Park.

When you touch down on solid ground, head to the archery range for some target practice, followed by some of the 36 high rope obstacles on offer.

When the sun's out, you can enjoy some of the spectacular surrounding scenery. If it’s raining, the challenge of putting your agility skills under the microscope is great entertainment.

After polishing your archery technique and experiencing the tallest high ropes course in Europe, use your last drops of energy to tackle the main event - the Royal Marines-inspired assault course.

Or take on a mind-blowing experience with iFly and take on an experience that you've likely never been on before, or ever will again.

Professional Support

Don't be afraid if you've never been rock climbing, gone snorkelling on a tropical reef, or experienced the relentless pressures of an escape room.

You’ll have the full support and guidance from expert instructors who'll show you the hand signals and body movements you'll need to boost your tunnel time in the aircraft hangar.

Worked up an appetite?

Perhaps you’ve worked up an appetite from the dizzying heights of the high ropes?

Stop by The Hub to refuel before it’s time to dive with the sharks or test your aim in the shooting range.

The pizza topped with grasshoppers is a surprisingly delicious treat!

One key inspiration you’ll take away from your time here and apply to everything you accomplish from now on is the Bear Grylls motto, “Courage and kindness . . . and never give up.”
