Gear up and get ready for an hourlong stand up paddle board journey at Swansea Adventures. When you arrive, you will be fitted with a buoyancy aid before heading down to the slip-way to get a 'how-to' briefing on the dos and don'ts of SUP. After that, you're free to explore the reservoir and take in the amazing scenery and surroundings. You may find it a bit tricky to get going at first, but once you get the hang of it then there's nothing more relaxing!
