What to expect:
The One Hour Magical Christmas Experience at Somerset Reindeer Ranch Includes:
- Story time with Santa
- A gift for each child under 16 years old
- A complementary luxury hot chocolate for everyone, by order of Santa.
- A magical, Elf led guided tour to see real Reindeer. As a special treat you will take a journey through the magical wardrobe, where everyone's favourite Unicorn can be seen and photographed.
- There will also be an opportunity to purchase special items from our shop (we accept cash or card). Reindeer food can also be purchased for an additional price.
Important to know
- Parents must purchase a ticket for themselves as well as one for their child if over 18mths and regardless of any medical conditions.
- All animals and magical creatures at the ranch are friendly to humans, but as with all animals must be treated with respect and children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

By Car:
From London:
Take the M4 motorway westbound. Exit at Junction 18 and follow the A46 towards Bath. Continue on A46, then take A39 towards Wells. Follow local signs to Somerset Reindeer Ranch.
From Bristol:
Head south on the A37. Merge onto A39 towards Wells. Follow local signs to Somerset Reindeer Ranch.
From Exeter:
Take the M5 motorway northbound. Exit at Junction 23 and follow A39 towards Glastonbury. Continue on A39 towards Wells. Follow local signs to Somerset Reindeer Ranch.
By Train:
Take a train to either Bath Spa or Bristol Temple Meads.
From Bath Spa, you can take a bus or taxi.
From Bristol Temple Meads, transfer to a local train towards Wells or take a bus.
By Bus:
From Bath or Bristol, there are regular bus services to Wells.
Once in Wells, take a local bus or taxi to Somerset Reindeer Ranch.
