Due to the nature of the Shiverpool experience, the tours are unable to accommodate wheelchair users. There are a lot of steep slopes, uneven surfaces and cobbled roads, which may present challenges for wheelchair users.
Shiverpool Tours are recommended for children aged 9+.

- Parents must use discretion when allowing children to join the tour, as theatrical effects will accompany storytelling.
Shiverpool tours last for approximately 1 hour and 30-minutes.
The Shiverpool Tours will take place during rain or shine, night or day - however, in rare circumstances, the tours can be postponed if there are weather warnings issued by the Met Office.
On the rare occasion that the weather becomes too severe and the tour is cancelled, you will be reissued tickets and invited back again.
Depending on the age of the visitor, the Shiverpool Tours may have some frightening aspects.
All tours are recommended for ages 9+.
