Lights Out Glow Parties at Rock Up in Birmingham

Experience a new twist on a classic climbing session as the main lights are turned off and the exciting neon disco lights are turned on! 

• Climb every Thursday during Term Times between 6:30pm and 8pm
• Enjoy a brand-new climbing experience with Lights Out Glow Parties
• Climb with the main lights off and the neon lights on for a vibrant and exciting climb
• Listen to adrenaline-pumping music for the perfect party experience
• Enjoy rock climbing sessions including safety briefings do you're ready to get roped up and reach new heights
• Experience the perfect mix of fun, challenge and excitement in the ideal session for adults, teens and children
• Choose from 25 x 8m climbing walls with over 70+ challenges for you to compete in and complete!

Everything you need-to-know about Standard Climbs:

• Duration: 90-mins from 6:30pm - 8pm
• Age Restrictions: 4+. Children aged 14 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult onsite.
• What to Wear: Please wear enclosed shoes and ensure they are securely fastened. 
• There is no charge for spectators.
