Completed Level 2? It's time to start turning! Level 3 builds on the snowplough shape you've already learnt and you'll learn how to start changing direction.

Each lesson is led by one of Newmilns' friendly, experienced ski instructors, ensuring you receive expert guidance every step of the way.

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Ages: 7+
  • Ability: You must've completed Ski Level 2 for this lesson

Get your tickets for your Level 3 skiing sessions at Newmilns Snow & Sport Complex and start looking forward to one of the best outdoor activities in Scotland! 

Itinerary:

  1. Arrive 15 minutes early and check-in at reception, where you'll be fitted for your boots and skis. If you were given a pathway booklet on your first lesson, please bring this with you.
  2. After putting your boots on, you'll be introduced to your instructor and will head out onto the slope.
  3. Your instructor will build on what you learnt in your previous lesson.
  4. At the end, your instructor will let you know what your next steps are. 

Know before you go: 

  • If you go on the slope and you're not at the correct standard, you will be removed with no refund given.
  • Please dress for the weather, including gloves, waterproofs or a change of clothes if necessary. You also need shoes with grip, e.g. trainers or wellies. Tracksuit bottoms or leggings are fine. The main thing is that you're warm and comfortable. You'll be fitted with a helmet, so no buns or ponytails, please.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and check in at the reception.
  • This activity will take place in all weather. 
  • Spectators must not go beyond site safety signage displaying "No Spectators". Any spectators are to use the spectator areas identified by NSASC staff.
