Muppets Christmas Carol in Newcastle Castle's Christmas Cinema

Adapted from the world-famous 1843 novella A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, The Muppets Christmas Carol features a fun, child-friendly twist on the classic tale about Scrooge.

Starring Michael Caine as Ebenezer Scrooge alongside Muppets masters Dave Goelz, Steve Whitmire, Jerry Nelson and Frank Oz, the Muppets Christmas Carol was the first film to be produced following the deaths of Muppets creator, Jim Henson, and performer Richard Hunt. The film remains dedicated to both.

Book tickets now to enjoy the 1992 Christmas musical rendition of A Christmas Carol, directed by the incredible Brian Henson.
