As of Monday 16th May:
- The main access route to Central Car Park via Seasider's Way will be closed due to traffic for construction works.
Useful information before you travel:
- Central Car Park will be reduced to approximately 800 spaces with access via the main entrance on Central Drive.
- The link down to Chapel Street will remain closed.
- Diversions will be signposted, with traffic diverted via routes at Parkinson Way/Waterloo Road and Bloomfield Road.
- Other car parks in the area remain unaffected – it is recommended that visitors park as early as possible to avoid delays.
- Other car parks in the area include South, Bloomfield Road, Lonsdale Road, Seasider's Way and Foxhall Village.

- The attraction is an historic building set over a number of levels and across two buildings.
- When you arrive the team will issue you with an accessibility leaflet to assist you getting around the attraction.
- The team will advise you on the location of the lift when you arrive, the lift is operated by a member of staff. The lift will take you to level 1, which includes Brian Cox; I’m a Celebrity and Football Locker room. Level 2 includes Sporting Academy, Marvel, Coronation Street and Music.
For safety reasons we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book in advance using this link
