- From Camden High Street: The Waterbus Wharf is located on the same side of the canal as Dingwalls/Lockside Bar, opposite to the Wetherspoons Ice Wharf and the Holiday Inn.
- From Chalk Farm Road: Enter through the famous painted Camden Lock rail bridge.
- From Camden Town Station: Head past the Hampstead Road canal locks and you will arrive in the West Yard.
- Please note: There is limited parking bays operated by Camden Council. Please do not rely on these spaces, as they fill up very quickly.

London Waterbus Company's boat trips are suitable for all ages, but Camden Ahoy! requires children under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
