LEGOLAND Discovery Centre features all a budding LEGO® builder needs to feel inspired, get creative and have fun!
- A thrilling 2-3 hour experience, the attraction has 2 rides, a 4D cinema, MINILAND, LEGO themed play areas, Master Model Builder workshops and much more.
- Visit the iconic Miniland®, made up of 1.5 million LEGO® bricks - you can watch airships swoop through the sky, and landmarks light up as it changes from day to night. Be sure to try and spot some of the minifigures hiding - which ones will you find?
- Next, take a ride on Kingdom Quest and rescue the princess on your chariot - zap the trolls and skeletons to save her!
Feeling energetic? Pedal as fast as you can to help Merlin conjure up his magic on Merlin’s Apprentice Ride and feel the air on your face as you travel round and round.
Test your creativity and design skills
You can even create your own car and test it out on the build and test zone.
As your car races along the course, we're sure you'll see some people's competitive sides come out!
Time to refuel?
Grab a drink and some yummy snacks at the onsite café so you can refuel before the fun begins again!
Then it's on to LEGO® City Soft Play, where the kids can play in an amazing, themed play area. They're bound to have great fun making memories and new friends in this epic adventure.
Sit back and relax after all the excitement
Relax in the 4D cinema and watch your favourite LEGO® movies in a truly unique way.
As you pop on your 4D glasses, you'll feel transported into the film and the world of LEGO®. Feel rain, wind, and even snow on your face in this awesome experience!

How to find us
LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, Birmingham is located right in the heart of Birmingham in Brindleyplace, on the Water's Edge - only 2 minutes away from the National SEA LIFE Centre.
By public transport:
Trains - nearest stations are Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Hill - follow walking signs for the ICC (International Convention Centre) and Arena Birmingham.
You could even catch the tram - hop off at The Library, which is only a two-minute walk to the aquarium.
By car:
M6 Jct 6 or M5 Jct 3 and follow signs for the city centre and the Arena Birmingham, the National SEA LIFE Centre is also well signposted on main routes into the city.
Please note that dropping off is not permitted within Brindleyplace.
Also, bear in mind that in 2021, Birmingham launched its Clean Air Zone which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. High polluting vehicles, which are not subject to an exemption, will be charged to drive within the A4540 Middleway (but not the Middleway itself).
