- You must take a tour to explore Kents Caverns.
- There is a minimum of two people required to operate tours.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the attraction, Kents Prehistoric Caverns are inaccessible beyond the first underground chamber, but there is no charge for this area of the attraction.
A film of the tour is also available for people who are unable to accompany the tour.

Double-width pushchairs are not permitted into the attraction as they are too wide for the caves.
