Being an outdoor site, Hobbledown are subject to the wonderful British weather. This does make some grassy areas muddy on occasion and difficult to traverse by wheelchair. All other areas are either hard-standing or gravel paths and should not present any difficulty.

The indoor restaurant facilities are easily accessible and there is plenty of seating as well as shaded areas available.

There is a lift within the indoor playbarn, meaning guests can access the upstairs party spaces without having to use the stairs.

Disabled toilet facilities are available within the play barn, as are low level hand-washing stations throughout the park.
