By bicycle:
There are some good cycle routes, including from Bristol City Centre (25 minutes) mostly through parkland via the Frome Valley Walkway, or from Temple Meads Railway Station (26 minutes) along the Bristol to Bath cycle track.
By bus:

By car:
Although the museum doesn’t offer parking, visitors can usually park on the street just outside the University campus. On Saturdays, we can use the University car park directly outside the museum.
