About Nutcracker

Christmas Eve has arrived in Edwardian London. Clara and her mother are in the store Drosselmeyer's Sweets & Delights Emporium when they encounter a magical Nutcracker doll.

They bring back liquorice all-sorts, nougat, marzipan, and sugarplums to impress their party attendees. With the sound of music and laughter in the air, Clara experiences a fantastical sugar plum dream that leads her to embarking on a brave journey defending her house against the Rat King. Along the way, she uncovers a stunning ice kingdom and meets its elegant Queen.

Embark on an extraordinary journey with Clara as she ventures to the Land of Sweets & Delights, where the Sugar Plum Fairy has planned a magnificent celebration in her honor.

This fresh version of the traditional holiday ballet, created by Aaron S. Watkin and Arielle Smith, features stunning choreography and visually stunning sets and costumes by Dick Bird.
