From Junction 27 on the M5 - Approximately 50 minutes, From Barnstaple or Bideford approximately 25 minutes. Once at Great Torrington we are clearly signposted.
By bus
Dartington Crystal is a short walk to the main bus routes that link Torrington to Bideford, Barnstaple and Exeter.
By bike
The site is close to the Tarka Trail cycle route

Barnstaple is the nearest train station. From here, it is a 25-minute taxi ride.

Can I bring my dog?
- Dogs are allowed to be brought along with you, but can not enter the factory itself
How much is a ticket?
- Entry into our visitor centre is free and a self guided tour around the factory is £10
Is there disabled access?
- The shop, café and visitor centre all have disabled access but unfortunately due to stairs within the factory tour, disabled access is not possible. As this is a working factory this is something that cannot be changed
How long is the tour?
- We recommend about an hour for the tour itself, but it is certainly worth staying at the site for longer to try the other experiences on-site or to watch the glass-blowers at work
