Head Guide and business Owner, Josh, is a passionate waterman and continues to spend his life in the ocean surfing, swimming, board paddling, coasteering, spear fishing, windsurfing and many other pastimes which he loves to teach and share with people who enjoy the amazing ocean.
Coasteering at Baggy Point, Croyde is an amazing outdoor experience with the Coastal Adventures Team. We will safely guide you around Baggy Point leaping from rocks, swimming through gullies and exploring the caves across the cliff base whilst enjoying the breathtaking North Devon scenery.
Best Coastal Adventure Destinations
Among many of Devon's beautiful coastal destinations, Croyde faces west in to the wild Atlantic ocean and enjoys views extending across the coast, Westward Ho and all the way out to Hartland Point. It’s an awesome spot for a sunset session. They offer a choice of two routes for different abilities so there is something for everyone.
Hele Bay is another stunning part of North Devon and our Adrenaline Adventure offers the best Coasteering in the area. Sedimentary rock formations make for perfect deep water drop offs with the biggest accessible jumps around. Your session begins on a shingly beach where we make our way west, towards the quaint Ilfracombe harbour.
All equipment will be provided to you, including gloves to protect your hands if requested. All you have to worry about is buying your ticket, let the professional guide handle the rest!
It is suggested you accompany under 14 year olds for the sake of their enjoyment.

How to find us
Coastal Adventures is located on Moor Lane near Café Croyde Bay. It is located slightly east of the town centre and there is paid parking nearby. It is recommended that you bring change for parking.

Coastal Adventures North Devon will liaise with you to rearrange your session date or location. In the unlikely event that conditions become too bad to run on the day of session a full refund will be issued. We will let you know if the session is cancelled as far in advance as possible.
Yes, all the activities Coastal Adventures North Devon run are safe for adults and children. They are licensed to run activities by the HSE under the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority and are fully insured with the Activities Industries Mutual. Their guides are very experienced and fully qualified to deliver all the experiences that are offered.
Yes! If you dont want to join your kids, Coastal Adventures North Devon do not require that you accompany under 18's on their activities but you must be able to sign a participation form on their behalf prior to the session.
