Bute Park is located in the heart of the City, just a short walk from the main high streets and civic centre. Head for North Road and follow signs for the main event entrance.
By car:
There is no on site parking at Bute Park, however there are a variety of car parking facilities nearby.
Pay and display car parking facilities are available nearby on North Road (CF10 3EA), College Road, King Edward VII Avenue & Museum Avenue. Please park safely and sensibly and in marked bays only. We would encourage customers not to park on Castle Mews Pay & Display as this car park is very small and can become very congested.
For disabled parking, we recommend the North Road car parks. There is some disabled parking directly outside the park but the spaces can be very limited. We don’t have the capability for customers to reserve this.
By bus:
There are several bus stops situated along Castle Street to the south, and along North Road to the east.
By train:
The event entrance is an eight minute walk from Cathays Station (0.5 mile), and a 15 minute walk from both Central and Queen Street train stations (just under a mile).

There will be accessible toilets on the route. If you need any assistance during the trail, please ask one of the stewards who will be more than happy to help.
