What's included in your ticket:
- Entry to Chessington World of Adventures Resort Winters Tail Event from 10am
- Father Christmas Meet & Greet and Toy Workshop experience - children aged 3-15yrs will receive an early gift
- Free entry for under 3's (do not need an entry ticket). Children 0-3yrs will receive free entry to the grotto also, however if your little one would like to receive a gift, please ensure you purchase an under 3's ticket at checkout
- Full Winters Tail event access including select rides and attractions*, Zoo, SEA LIFE Aquarium, Live Shows and Entertainment
- NEW FOR 2023 - Enchanted Hollow! There's nothing our residents of Enchanted Hollow love more than the festive cheer of Winter's Tail. So, help the townsfolk countdown to their first Christmas at Chessington World of Adventures by stopping by and wishing them a Merry Christmas.

Booking in your visit to Santa's Grotto at Chessington
Father Christmas cannot wait to meet you and would love to put you on his ‘nice' list.
You must select a grotto timeslot during the ticket booking process, the grotto slot refers to the time you will enter the grotto queue line. Your selected timeslot is valid for up to 8 guests total in your group.
Under 3's will not need an entry ticket however, if they would like to receive a grotto gift, this can be done for £10, so please add this ticket type to your booking.

With the help of some jolly elves and reindeer, meet Father Christmas in his log fire grotto and revel in all the Christmas cheer that a traditional panto and carollers offer.
Plus, NEW for 2023, visit the charming residents of Enchanted Hollow as they prepare for a magical Christmas.
Help them countdown to the BIG day and wish them all a ‘Merry Christmas’ as you and your family wander through the delightful underground town of Enchanted Hollow decked out in all its festive finery.

- Skateboards, scooters and rollerblades
- Drones
Dogs and all animals are prohibited from entry into Thorpe Park Resort, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs.
Chessington World of Adventures Resort is a large theme park with a fantastic variety of rides and attractions, including a Zoo and SEA LIFE Centre, suitable for all ages and therefore we recommend a full day visit.
