It is asked that you leave plenty of time for your journey and check for any road closures or train delays ahead of time. Missed trips cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Pregnant passengers and anyone suffering from any medical heart or back problems unfortunately cannot travel.
Though you may experience a bit of spray from the high speed manouveres, water does not remain on board the RIB. Providing that the weather is good, you are unlikely to get wet at all.
The Canary Wharf Experience travels in all weathers and provides disposable ponchos to keep you as dry as possible.
All personal belongings must be taken on board with you.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) whilst on the vessel and pier, at all times.
With parental consent, children between the ages of 14-17 are permitted to ride onboard without an adult.
The Thames RIB Experience reserve the right to request proof of age.
Your own photos can be taken at your own risk.
Onboard photographs will be captured by the team and are available to purchase at the pier after the tour.
The Thames RIB Experience health and safety regulations states that disabled passengers are able to travel onboard, providing they are travelling with a carer and are able to board the vessel unaided.
Wheelchairs can be left at the owners risk on the pier where boarding takes place.
