Whilst the team at Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience welcomes all visitors, there are a handful of warnings to consider:

  • There are bright lights that may cause discomfort for those with photosensitive epilepsy or other medical conditions. 
  • The Immersive Room has loud music playing that may cause discomfort to people suffering from sensitivity to loud sounds. 
  • The moving images, sounds and lights may cause dizziness, motion sickness or vertigo. 
  • The shows are suitable for hard of hearing guests. Most shows are visual and explained in text. 
  • For guests with autism, ADHD or SPD, it is encouraged to parents and caregivers to bring appropriate sensory stimulants and any other items you may require. 

Yes! The shows are accessible for guests of all abilities, welcoming wheelchairs, mobile scooters, canes etc. The Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is an entirely inclusive exhibition.

The experience is approximately 60 minutes and is set up walk-through style.

  • For the safety of visitors, all guests will be subject to a bag check, including purses.
  • Backpacks and duffel bags are not permitted within the exhibit.
