- Sunday to Thursday: Tickets include all-day ball pit access!
- Friday & Saturday: Tickets include 3-hours of ball pit access.
- On arrival, make your way to the Curtain Road entrance and proceed to the check-in.
- Upon check-in, you'll have your ticket scanned and will receive a wristband which will be colour-coded according to your scheduled ball pit time.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the venue and attraction, Ballie Ballerson in Shoreditch is currently not wheelchair accessible. This is due to there being no step-free access to the venue, and the ball pits are harder to move around in than one would think.
The Ballie Ballerson team kindly ask that all participants are reasonably fit, in good health and free from any adverse medical conditions. Please be aware that there may also be flashing lights in the venue and main ball pit.
Ballie Ballerson only allow guests aged 18+.
This means that no children are allowed in under any circumstances.
Please note: All guests must be able to provide a valid form of photo ID, regardless of age. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of all our patrons.
There isn't a specific dress code for Ballie Ballerson in London. You don't have to be dressed to the nines to be part of the Ballie crowd, but the team do request a smart casual dress code.
